I don't think it would be too far fetched to alter results for a certain Microsoft-operated IP.
Being that AOL's marketing strategy is based somewhat on spam (the cds you get in the mail, the "Sign up for AOL" icons that appear on your desktop), doesn't that kind of hurt the legitimacy of that endorsement?
I dunno, if the guys offering me home loans and viagra said this was good technology, I might think twice.
And if they run the stream at 1800fps, you can watch an entire episode of of the OC in that one wonderful minute.
