I realize that it is kind of sh1ty to get calls at your business for anything that is marketing related. There is not much that can be done about this.

But what everyone seems to be totally missing from a recruiting aspect, is how a recruiter gets your phone numbers and email addresses.
The majority of this information is gathered from resumes on job boards like Monster, Hotjobs, etc.
The simple truth is, if you do not want to be called/emailed, stop putting your resume on the web.
Instead of being an idiot and getting pissed at a recruiter for contacting you about a job, take a minute to realize it is your own fault.
Don't post your resume if you are not looking for a job!
