It does not happen the same way it is written. Even though the constitution is written so, people are not given the rights they deserve. Can't blame everything on the constitution either, People are to blame too. Education is not given the importance by people. People need to think about the country more than themselves. Only then country will change, until then constitution can do whatever they want, but nothing will change. That's the real problem.
