I have to say that so far Fedora has proved quite stable in my testing. I have not yet deployed this server so I am up for changing distributions if I see any stability issues. By the time I am ready to install this server Core 3 should be out of Beta and final. I am looking at RH. I ruled out Debian (although I am a long time debian user) as it is too long of a release cycle and there are too many upgrades that I have found clients want in between.
