History gets tailored thru its subject matter. I bet you attended a lot more "Overview of the History of the Euro-world" than you did "Social History of the Song Era Chinese Peasant"-type courses.
And in thoses courses where you *did* attend, i guarantee you got off with easier grades on lighter theses than did the hardcore history majors.
