I question the value of this fishing expedition. Seems to me that there is higher likelihood of abuse than effective use.
I doubt if anyone who genuinely wants to fund one of these groups would use a bank transfer addressed to the group or its members.
Especially when Hawala is a more anonymous and effective transfer system.
