This ruling will hurt my endeavor. I have a very popular (within a niche) product but as of yet am not making real revenue off it. Twice I've stopped companies from using my name to market their own crap with AdWords (FYI, a firm personal letter does the trick usually)
Take this ruling a step further and anyone with one more penny per click than me can take advantage of my copyrighted name for whatever they want. I'm not even talking about a secondary trademark, I'm talking about my company name.
