if you compare the first VHS edition to the DVD just released, greedo does shoot first, but Han dodges and it hits the wall above and to his left, so greedo does shoot first, but he is a shit shot!
That really bugged me as well, it was so bad i ripped it off and made a movie only disc.
Word of advice to whoever designed that menu, by all means have the games but make bloody sure to have a button on it that says, skip all this junk and get to the good stuff!
