At the ISP I work for, I am in charge of the ACLs on the routers. I am currently blocking all RFC1918 blocks (192.168, 10., etc...), loopback addresses, any outgoing not sourced from our IPs, and incoming not destined for our IPs. I also don't allow incoming sourced from our IPs. It's not difficult to do, it's only a few lines. If you need help doing this, feel free to e-mail me. vanbrunt@vanbrunt.com
I talked to Bob Young at LinuxWorld Conference and Expo... When I asked if they are planning to go public, he first looked annoyed, then told me that they have no intention of going public within the next 20 years.
I read a ham radio book this morning on this subject. It was written in the late 50s.

I got that one a long time ago... it's not an ILOVEYOU variant.
Go check out SafeHarbor. It's a cool place that's located at a Nuclear Power Plant in Washington State.
I agree Sparky... I normally loathe lawyers, but this one is obviously brilliant.
