hey can any lawyers advise? as far as i know.. using a program like this in and of itself can be considered "intent to commit a crime" or something like that.
Ive heard that if you use certain "banned" encryption schemes and what not, your very use of that technology is considered circumstantial evidence that you are a baddie (thats a technical legal term)..
doesnt the same logic apply here?
