But in reality it's a long way from being a viable call center solution (feature & client wise).
People just want to plug it in a have it go, people want to be able to manipulate calls and messages from Outlook and Lotus, it's about having an soultion which integrates with existing technology.
Check out IPFX http://www.ipfx.com/ it does all of this and more. OSS solutions will only boom if they match this level of sophistication.
