He's got a MONSTER tower on his property and he lends it to the local cell phone company...He's got another tower a few feet away with MONSTER 20m beam that he uses with KW. It's slightly different from having a repeater on a cellphone tower but not by much. I'm sure you can find cellphone towers with a ham repeater on them in the nation.
