Coming from a journalist's standpoint, I doubt most newspapers will require a fee for a daily view of their paper. Ad-free sites will reign. Papers make most of their cash through ads, not subscriber fees.
Unless bloggers network a little more or are under one domain, you aren't likely to see payment for their words. They can't make a living off a blog, unless people really love to hit the PayPal link.
