One can argue the point of weither or not a conversation is enough to distract a driver, but its clear that having both hands avaliable for driving improves the effort. A headset is better than holding the phone with one hand.
Examples like Schumaker and Solberg are not valid points at all. I dont think anyone needs to explain why.
