I take it everyone concedes that an international edifice like the internet ahould not be governed by the laws and whims of one country?
Especially now when it is used to conduct a lot of business, scientific, financial & entertainment.
I wouldn't want Bush getting carried away with another 'Homeland security' bill constraining the internet !
