Two things: 1) Whatever you do, don't do it by yourself. Enlist help from many different areas. Be overwhelming. Pull in help from other agencies/companies/entities if you can. Then lower the boom in a meeting. Your idiot should be in their place and out of the way.
Understand that you should make sure that you're not that idiot of course. You could be leading the way for the boom being lowered on you. I've seen that happen.

A lower side and a high side and as you go down the road you can actually see the line on the things on the side of the road. Huge difference from my pitiful 2000 Chevy Venture's lights.

Might as well strip them naked and parade them out in front of a crowd as to do that. A year of praise, telling people how smart they are, working with them can all be undone in an instant. None of that matters then.

Hawking says that this reaction (Stuff getting compressed into a really small space) causes radiation to be emitted. The radiation part is observable, how they came up with the idea in the first place.

I always thought this was hogwash. I also though that other solar systems not having planets was hogwash and now it's fact that they have planets. It's no op. Used to be on the old machines you could see the instruction being executed. Check out an HP-3000 Series III. After a while you'd see just one pattern until someone decided to do something else. Looking at the decode book, it was noop. Looking at utilization data for big data centers I'm sure that's true today. Most machines are well over 90% idle.
Not sure why this is so hard. Ether can easily kill you. Used to be used to anesthesia years ago. My father and Mother both had it done to them. You would wake up with one big head ache. Keep the cloth with ether over their mouth and they'll be gone soon.
There are dozens of old anesthesia methods that could be used. Again, this is not hard. Not novel.
