If I wish to keep using an old computer I install OpenBSD or Slackware. That works for me! I just set up an pc with 32 mb of ram and an 500Mb harddisk. OpenBSD had absolutely no problems with it and with 30 minutes I was up and running.
Yesterday evening I have seen the movie in a Dutch theater at 21:30 localtime. And it's absolutely impressing and stunning how everything fits together . I think I'm going to the theater a couple of more times this week.
What I really liked were the battles between Anakin and Count Dooku, Obi-Wan versus Grivious, Mace Windu versus Palpentine (who in the fight becomes Darth Sidious!), the battle between Palpentine and Yoda and last but definetly not least, the battle we have been waiting for since the beginning, Anakin versus Obi-Wan.
More and more I am beginning to wonder why do I have to live this messed up county called The Netherlands. I used to be proud of being a Dutchy, but since the new government, I'm beginning to shame myself more and more for those moronic politicians.
There are a couple of sounds I really like, and one of them is the sound of a computer. I'll never buy those sound reducing products. Ok, if it's for in a livingroom...but not in mine!
>The SCO case put Linux on the front page. Maybe it wasn't under the best circumstances, but I'll bet it got a lot of people saying "Linux? What's that?" and actually getting an answer.
Yup, that's true. But still, now a lot of people who know about the case think it's Linux in general. While it's GNU/Linux! But in this context, talking about the kernel, it is just Linux.

That's also true: the big companies publicly joining the GNU/Linux side of the fence.

Well I can think of better things happend to Linux! Big companies choosing Linux' side for example. Or the GPL with version 0.12!
