It will be great if it works. I like how google tries new things to get the most relevant results. I hope this one doesnt backfire. How often do webmasters update how to fix a broken disk or how to patch an older version of Solaris. If you only get the newest results, you will likely get blogs and rss feed results for your broken disk.... as they are updated often.

It is odd how if you BUY something - you are taxes according to where you LIVE ; if you work somewhere, you are taxed according to where the company is.

A friend recommended The Teaching Company and I have been really enjoying them ever since. The lectures are made by interesting, well informed professors are are very engaging. The ones on Eygpt are fasinating. The Economic classes actually made me enjoy economics. They have a very nice science section - though I personally haven't tried them. If they are even half as good as the history lectures, I'm sure you will be pleased.

If their prices seem high, go to their "On Sale" section like I do.

I use search engines constantly in my work as a Senior Unix admin. The search engine technique that works best for me is choosing search terms wisely. Think of several unique words that will describe your problem.

For example, if you are trying to debug why your machine is not booting up, use the EXACT error message as well as the OS name and version. Generally, this will give you an answer in the first 5 links.

If you are looking for song lyrics, type in the FULL title as well as performer. This seems to work 100% of the time for me.

I have found multi-word queries work best. Yes, subtract words that don't work -- but generally, search works 99% of the time for me on the first try because I am willing to be specific on what I am looking for.
