With all the media for data storage available to me I think DVD is a waste. I wouldn't be a bit shocked if DVD media died out in the next 5-10 years.
I still don't own a DVD player.
I play movies on VHS and why I never bought a DVD or DVD player, I do not know. Call it a dumb guys intuition for a failing media.
