a couple evenings ago i went to see Episode III. almost walked out half-way into it. it finished not as bad as i'd have guessed, but i'm glad that's over.
Last night i watched (again) George Lucas's THX 1138. if you want to know why episodes 1-3 are such a dissapointment and letdown from a brillian artist (Lucas), watch THX.
But if you think episodes 1-3 are good, more power to you. its just kinda sad. the evolution of Lucas from genius to muppet to CGI... sad.
but maybe we asked to much. a great sculpture does not make a great photographer.
