The vaccine in phase 2 will also include a monthly booster shot to maintain immune response by cd8's and cd4's. So it isn't permanent, it's perfect. After you kill off the cancer cells, and mutated cells, turn on telomerase again and extend your lifespan by 40 years. Geron does this every day in their stem cell research.
