Do you also live in fear of the "Powerful Deodorizer" button? I always worry about mashing that when I'm at the mall...how powerful are we talking about? Am I going to walk around smelling like lilacs for days, while Japanese people snigger behind my back ("Stupid American pushed the Powerful Deodorizer button! Hahaha!")???? Or, the opposite? Will dogs ignore me for weeks due to my lack of any odor at all?
These are the things that keep me up at night...
Sorry to burst your bubble, but "real" space is pretty boring to look at. About 99% of the "Ooooh! Cool!" pictures you see have re-mapped the colors (shade of gray #253 -> HOT RED!), added in starbursts, etc. In a suprising turn of events, most of space is in grey. Not very exciting, and definitely not a good way to get funding, so you can't really blame them for touching up the photos. As a matter of fact, the Hubble doesn't even HAVE a color camera.
