Amazing, you mean these companies can fire people and not rehire someone else? Why are they paying them to work in the first place, then?
It's a zero sum game, I don't care who they fire or why. If they need asses filling seats, someone will get paid for it. If Joe gets fired that's sad for him and his family..but wait, it's good news for Jane who now has a job and can feed her family.
Bullshit. Writing something on Facebook is publishing. If I take out an add in my local newspaper saying my company sucks and I hate them, they have every right to fire my ass.
Yeah, freedom of speech doesn't trump freedom of association. Nor does it apply to private individuals. Your entire outlook on life is coddled and ridiculous.
Haha. Are they giving out FUD badges in the local Boy Scouts club or something? What's with people crawling out of the woodwork thinking they're all Machiavellian and shit by posting laughably transparent FUD?
Yeah... none of them are funny. I don't get it. It's like those spoof movies, Scary Movie 12 or whatever, where they think doing something like putting in a random reference to a dancing vampire in the middle of a pirate movie is just high-larious.
Whyt he fuck does the new system, in your "Comments" section for your account, take you to the parent conversation when you click on it instead of your fucking post? It's very stupid, is this some new "default" functionality I need to turn off? Seriously, why would I want to dig through a conversation tree looking for _my_ post, instead of being taken right to it?
OK, you caught them Sherlock. So what? Amazing news, if you opt-in to share your click data with Microsoft, Microsoft harvests your click data (including to Google and others)! Wow, you broke the case!
There is informed consent, the user has to explicitly install Bing search bar and agree to the conditions. This is not an interaction between the user and Google, it's an interaction between the user and his web browser (clicking). It improves the search results and is not bad behavior unless you just hate MS, which is largely the case around here.
It's not copying, and who cares anyway. This is just Google trying to score points and rouse the rabble. I don't give a shit even if MS went out and directly harvested Google's results, as long as it gives me better search results.
It's not copying Google, it's copying the user's clicks and search terms. I don't know _why_ a search engine wouldn't do this if they could. Microsoft can.
Right. Obamaman and all the other sacks of shit on that channel are _totally_ center right! Rachel Maddow, ahahaha. I love pop intellectualism, it cracks me up. I wonder if she even needs those laughable glasses.
Yeah, the problem is I'm smarter than you. So anything you see through I most certainly do as well. I listen to Fox largely for the entertainment value, though they do have bits of news interspersed throughout the (obvious) opiniontainment.
You're probably one of those guys who thinks all the dummies watching WWF wrestling think it's real, right?
But go on thinking everyone who doesn't jump on the yuk-yuk wagon mocking Fox viewers is some silly goose who thinks Fox isn't largely opinion, and often idiotic opinion.
What's even funnier is you defend MSNBC as if it's the next coming of Walter Conkrite. That makes me think maybe _you_ think WWF wrestling is real. It's too bad Obamaman got kicked off, huh, he was a bastion of fact and objectivity ahahahaha.
You're stupid. MSNBC has a stated left wing leaning, just as Fox has a right. I'm not sure why you're rambling on about facts, both stations are mostly opiniontainment.
Don't get me wrong, I hate Dubya though my opinion on him is softening a bit, but I reject your comment entirely. The idiocy and hyperbole coming from the left and the facile oversimplification (durr, he invaded Iraq for oil!) make any meaningful discussion impossible.
I'm not a conservative, and I don't give a shit if a bunch of cloistered neckbeard dipshits mod me down.
This has absolutely nothing to do with the Constitution. Not sure what you're blathering about.

Your attempts at FUD are juvenile. Please leave it to the professionals.

Good God, why? I didn't see anything funny at all in that montage.

They are doing no such thing unless you explicitly enable them to do so.
There is informed consent, the user has to explicitly install Bing search bar and agree to the conditions. They did come up with a technical response, you're just ignoring it because you want to.
Wow, Microsoft hater hates Microsoft! Please, tell us more enthralling stories!
They haven't been caught red-handed, and have showed proof. You're just biased, which is fine but don't pretend _you're_ the objective one.
Because you _opted in_, rocket surgeon.
And some random, stupid asshole on Slashdot claims they are the least biased while MSNBC is a stronghold of center-objective media values. Go figure!
You're full of shit, yet again. Obamaman was the worst, but far from the only. How's this for "facts"?
