    I discovered a strange fluke and possible flaw in Pagerank, submitted it here, and it was rejected. But that could possibly be considered "News for Nerds. Stuff that matters". It had no chance...

    I tend to find that especially amongst "non-geeks", Google IS the internet. Could they have much more of an impact than that?

    Would it have been posible for them to connect before this was set up? If it's running through a satellite phone I wouldn't have thought it too difficult to do technology wise... Not that I've ever tried it or anything!
