Thanks Dave,
I need to learn to stop skipping thoughts when typing quickly between work.
There was supposed to be a sentence about how the abuses of the system grew suddenly with the change the election system post world war ii to only allow two party dominance to help prevent a president being voted in with a less then majority vote.
But thanks for the correction, sometimes I don't realize how poorly I communicate in writting, until I post something.
Also to note, Hebrew does this too in their modern form, in order to keep up with modern devices.
Although if I typed out the Hebrew word it would mean little since it is a completely different alphabet, and is read from right to left.
But a cute example would be the English word Computer, in Hebrew is the combination of the word Mechanical and the word Think.
So a Computer is a MechanicalThink. A refrigerator is MechanicalCold, etc.
The two statements are not equal, but are seperate.
My fear and hopes go much deeper then a government organization, or a government. My fear is of the 'group mentality' that humans seem to get that causes the biggest blunders and errors that could easily doom humanity.
It is simply is the tone, the simple tone that everything is so light and easy. That people can crack jokes like 'Do you mean, they will higher Google?' That we all have a pretty good idea where things are heading, yet just ignore the bad.
The FBI organizing it's IT is a simple movement, not hard. The concept of organizing it's search is naturally a good thing on so many levels.
At this point you would ask, then what the HELL is your point. This sounds more like the ramblings of a mad man.
Well, the answer is, is it is just ramblings, and I hope I am a mad man. I've just been putting pieces of the puzzle of the world together on my head and those two statements in the parent post where just my mind blurting out through my fingers.
I still stand by my words, simply though, to explain the full meaning of them is so offtopic it will be a nice -999999.
All I can say is... I am scared for the future generations on the world, for humanity, people just do not understand the power in their hands, or worse those who do understand the power but have no soul.
The FBI is going to become too powerful real soon.
It's a shame that so many schools discourage pranking. At my college, a big prank usually resulted in kids getting booted out. My highschool started expelling kids who pranked after my physics class turned all the trophy display cases into fish tanks.
But, I understand that a lot of pranking can easily get out of hand... still it's a shame.
Here here both to parent, and to others.
I am mainly a contractor, and consultant, and I have never had difficulty finding a job. Last 3 have been back to back without even one day between leaving one location and moving onto the next.
With a background and training in Project Management, Quality Control, Programming (PHP,.NET,C++,MySQL,Postrgres etc), Network Security (CheckPoint Firewalls, and secure web code concepts mainly), Controls (Rockwell/AB mainly), Support Centers, etc. It has enabled me into just about any IT oriented situation from working on a team projects to implementing project management and quality control systems to young computer companies.
Every place I went to though had a large percentage of employees who simply didn't have a clue. The most basic of concepts are sometimes hard to get them to understand. I often find myself trying to figure out what their experience really is so I can communicate in a manner inwhich they understand.
What have you programmed in before? VB, and how many years of experience with VB? 5 Well 5 years ago I made this little application to flash on the screen whenever it was lunch time. And? Well nothing till now.
Or, I love this one I just heard last week from a new co-worker now ex-co-worker.
Man the market is really a bear, it took me 6 months to find this job.
Really, well their aren't a lot of CCNAs, MCSEs with Testing experience to boot in this area. It shouldn't have been that bad.
Well, I don't have CCNA or MCSE yet, I am taking classes this summer.
Oh, well, how long have you been in IT?
Oh 2 years.
Um, The job required those certs unless you had enough 2 years networking, and 5 years of microsoft support experience.
Yeah, I lied.
In combination, the market is simply flooded with morons, and now that businesses are actually starting to get tech-savvier, these morons are getting booted out.

These major changes in the U.S. system that has thrown it all into the mess happened post WWII.
Before, 2nd place to the presidential run was the vice-president... makes sense. There weren't running partners. Just one of hundreds of examples
I can go on and on... just getting in my two cents in.
I blame the Silent Generation and the Baby Boomers
