I think the ethical argument would extend to the purpose of the abortion. There are plenty of unbalanced people in the world - it's not too far off to think that someone might choose to conceive and abort in order to provide needed stem cells to "help people." And I can think of a few more cynical/insane motives along the same lines.
There are a number of reasons you can't volunteer other people's organs. Many similar arguments could be made regarding the donation of a dead fetus.
Organs cannot be sold or purchased. This is a bit off-topic, but allowing you to donate your dead fetus may begin to open the door for the question "Why can't I get paid for it?"
