Make sure they recommend only the top end (most expensive) equipment and software. Of course, your staff will need to be doubled (at least) and all will require MANY classes, in far away places, on how to run all this new kit. Figure a good 2 years to train existing and new staff. You will need new quarters for all this equipment too. Temperature and humidity controlled of course. Security cameras, off site storage of all the new backup equipment, co-located servers in another power grid (several states away).
