Dont Computer Associates make that crap anti-virus software 'InnoculateIT'? If they do then they cant talk! Anyway, Maotx is exactly right, its the whole beauty of the opensource nature of the linux kernel. The new features being added in are just more support for new technology. If you want stable and lean, leave them out, otherwise chuck em in. Most unstable/experimental modules will say that they are not stable to warn you about compiling them into the kernel anyway. First they complain about the lack of hardware support under linux, now they complain it supports too much, can t keep people happy:-)
