5. Try a simpler browser that doesn't do nearly so much as Firefox does, but if the browser doesn't support tabs, do you really think memory consumption will be much less opening that many individual pages in seperate windows?
Opera supports tabs, has mouse gestures, built-in seesion savers and in general does many of the things Firefox does (and does them quicker), and uses only a fraction of the memory Firefox does. It's also free now.

I agree. I know I want to go on the technical/production end of broadcasting, so I chose the two-year school over the major university in my city.
While taking fun classes like international macro-economics and womens issues in the 1800s may make me a more rounded person, I'd rather be spending my time and money taking nothing but video production, sound editing and lighting classes.

A program that will likely run slower and crash more often than Acrobat is exactly what I needed in my life.
