But isn't the center of the Visa Check Card the lack of need for ID?
Cingular usually has decent coverage, and they have great deals on phones most of the time. The only major drawback is that the only way to really save money with them is to be a part of bellsouth. The more you buy from them, the more you save.
But Cingular alone is fairly cheap, reliable, and their customer service isn't bad.
They have a decent selection of phones, most of which have bluetooth if I am not mistaken.
Most of their stuff isn't crippled too badly.
