  1. SWG combat upgrade on SWG Players - Comment on the Combat Upgrade · · Score: 1

Makes FFXI look like a cake walk According to the new levels Im level 26 I was killed by a level 1 creature give me a break

I was a Master BountyHunter/Master carbineer after the upgrade they had to reinstall the the enitire game over again with an old back up copy and I lost 100,000's of exp by losing a ton of skills because they didn't back up the servers the night before the upgrade I believe it was over a week old.

They offered to give back to the chimera (spelling) server folks their skill boxes but not the folks on the Bloodfin servers so I'm pretty much screwed

I played for almost 48 hours straight at one point when I knew the upgrade was coming just to be ready for the learning curve and get as much EXP as I could before they released this upgrade. Because we all knew they were going to ax the exp gains in the new combat release.

I also unlocked everything required to make me "glowy" so if I wanted to I could become a Jedi but gee I lost at least 1 badge whith the re-install so I no longer qualify to become a Jedi.

To top it off SOE keeps deleting my posts in the Tech support forum about why I only have 1 frame per second even with all graphic settings set to lowest possible option I was running the game fine before this so called upgrade.

    P4
    3.3 ghz
    4 gig ram
    9800 pro rad

None of their fixes worked and I had turned off everything in background using MSCONFIG including firewalls and virus checkers. Tried not only most current drivers but also drivers that were older in fact I tried everyone I could get my hands on.

As it turns out many people are having this problem but SOE keeps deleting all their posts on the forum for some odd reason

PS I can play FFXI with all graphics maxed with no slow down to include the bitmap feature turned on.
