why spend millions in cash and resources into keeping the name "gmail" when "google mail" works just as good? unless there is good reason to believe that "gmail" will turn a higher profit than "google mail", spending such money is "illegal" since it is a waste of company resources and not wat is best for the financial interests of the company.

"evidence must prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt." life would suck.. BADLY if that was the case for civil trials. in a lawsuit, the man with 50%+1 of the evidence wins.. its only when jail is at stake (as in a crime has been commited) does reasonable doubt have to be shown.

blue-jacking is a worse threat than spam is.. i saw a british video on you-tube latly that shows a guy with a PDA automatically dialing peoples blue-tooth phones to pay-per-minute #'s.. costing them apparently almost $100 each, depending on how long it takes them to notice their phone is connected.

assuming your getting an "hour long show" (really 45 minutes of actual show), this is by far the best price for entertainment, as it is approximately $1 per 20 minutes, compared to ~$4 for the same amount of time in a movie.. or $1 for a four minute song.. and you can't beat the fact that there are no commercials to watch either.

ISP's shutting off service to suspected bot-net computer owners is just like MS's "genuine advantage".. there WILL be false positives that can result in horrible customer service and lots of frustration for the innocent people who get their service/software disconnected when they have done nothing wrong.

sure you can con a few people into viewing your video, but if a video is actually interesting to enough people.. they will watch it.. and share the video with people they know, this is how videos on youtube get millions of views. you personally may dislike the videos, and you do not have to watch these videos, that is the joy of the internet. you select what you watch, not what big media shoves down your throat with radio/tv.
