Put them into a RAID 5 array. Tap one of the hard drives while it's running - this will lead to array failure. When it tries to rebuild, it's almost guaranteed to hose all your data.
To increase the chances of data loss, be sure to place the only copies of pictures/videos of important events in your child's life.
