I think it refer's to pausing, accepting/starting a voice conversation with a friend and then to continue playing but talking to the friend at the same time.
If so, that's great... just like being on a computer and chatting to friends on Ventrilo/TeamSpeak while pubbing:)
Oh, and by Pause... as another said... you go into your menu and everyone else keeps playing, obviously it's bad wording from MS.
People un-willing to learn how to create a website...
I didn't intend to say that only those who know how should be able to, because that, as you said, would go nowhere. Personally, if there was no free hosting, I would read up and learn. Sometimes I just think it's too easy for people, thus they never learn anything.
Of course, this is just my limited teenage knowledge of the subject.
Maybe this would also get rid of the million's of those MySpace or Piczo type websites that plague the internet with the writings of illiterate 13 year old girls.
I have to agree, free webhosting causes a lot of the problems on the internet. People that don't know even the basics of HTML, or how to create a website shouldn't be allowed, because, afterall on an on-topic note, it is also easy hosting for malware/other dodgy 'things'.
As I said, casual gamers. PC gamers on the whole don't need to upgrade and often end up playing a certain game for 4/5 years.
I've been playing the original Quake for 9 years. It isn't dead, it takes much more skill, and is much more competetive than any console game.
Anti-console snob's isn't a very good way to look at it. These people know that the only way for eSports to become close to sports is through the PC platform. I mean, who the hell would want to play a first person shooter with a pad... Mouse/Keyboard combo is definately best for most genre's of gaming.
Consoles will always be for the casual gamer that really has no idea about games.
Competetive gaming, and the chance of gaming becoming a sport, lies in the computer. No other platform can handle competetive gaming.

I should've rephrased what I said.
