I'd like to recommend looking into the Dana by Alphasmart. It runs over 10,000 Palm OS Applications, and costs $379.00. Or, you could try the dana wireless which uses 802.11b and costs $429.00. I haven't personally tried it, but it looks like it might be worthwhile.
