I have it and use my blackberry as a modem to connect. No extra charges. Its not fast by current standards, a bit faster than a 56k modem, but then again, i am sitting in the middle of central park on sunny days doing my thing... and its only $20 a month. plus, on my berry i have ssh etcetera... and its only $20 a month.
