Well, no, that's precisely wrong about missions that are gone. JIMO is gone, as such, but Webb and TPF are quite alive, if perhaps delayed a bit. If you've been paying attention to NASA, you would have known that.
By the way, those missions are delayed because of their own budget overruns, and out-of-control congressional earmarks. Not because of Moon-to-Mars. (Well, not yet at least.)
