According to the lawsuit, Gates wrote in a memo, "guess I've made it clear that we view an Intel investment in Go as an anti-Microsoft move, I am asking you not to make any investment in Go." That doesn't seem like enough to dig up a 20 year old case, especially since the "grandfather clause" for those types of cases is 5 years.
When you look at a city on a regular map, then actually go there, you see two distinctly different things. This technology provides a second perspective; there's nothing wrong with that.
