According to TVGuide (which I linked to from the new TVTome/TV.com and can't figure out what the real link is), as of June 3rd there was still talk of resurrecting it, but nothing definate.
Note that Sci-Fi does not have deep pockets any more. They did back when they bankrolled Farscape, but then their parent, Vivendi Univesal, went thoroughly bankrupt. Ever since then, they've refused to look at any big-budget project.
If you recall, most of Vivendi's stake in Universal was bought out by (GE/)NBC a while back, including SciFi.. check hout http://www.nbcuni.com/ for more details. Though the ratings for NBC may not be quite like during the heyday of 'Must See TV', their pockets aren't too shabby.
