If you go enough generations then many, many people share the same ancestor. So this theory seems to say that none of this huge amount of people with common early ancestors would be "allowed" to kill any of them - or do anything which stops them pro-creating.
This could not be prevented. Therefore time travel must be impossible. ( Unless there is a multiplicity of universes )
