in my experience with some other contracts i paid to have looked over by an attorney, i learned that if there's a question, ambiguity, or unclear phrase or clause, the court will find against the person who drafted the thing.
i've got the clickable mousewheel, and clicking the wheel button closes the current tab.
as a side note, doing this on a link(or refresh, or a home or bookmark button) will open said link in a new tab.
