Apparently the watchful eye is sleeping. The point is to avoid having this and ALL of the many Diebold vulerabilities that have also already happened. It can also occur at the many sleep over locations and many other compromising vulnerable postions that these machines are put in. If an election gets thrown there will be a much bigger problem than this. Maybe they should be thinking about how well their security is working for them.
