I use vandyke vshell too.
Very robust product. The most usefull features are loggin of transfers, download/upload triggers, and disabling of shell/sftp by groups.
Very secure , Only 1 Security Advisory (august 2005) in a couple years

The server can tell which page to serve based on the request
Thinking about it, theres no way each site could have an unique IP address, theres just so many addresses
