Ok guys..got it working again by a fluke. I disconnected from my WEP enabled network and connected to another unsecure network and then reconnected to my original network. Somehow it started working again. Dont know for how long it is going to work.
Try disconnecting from your existing network and reconnect. Make sure that you switch off the Internet sharing before you disconnect and reconnect. Then switch on the sharing.
Same here. I updated to 10.4.2 and Internet sharing is broken. I was using Firewire initially. But then since it stopped working, I switched to Ethernet. It worked once but then it stopped again and it hasn't worked since then. Any solutions for this other than switching to 10.3.9 which luckily happens to be in one of my other partition.
