Spot on. Linux wants to be taken seriously? Then get real and get commercial. There is no such thing as a free lunch. Big business is not going to trust a bunch of monosyllabic grunts who can only argue their case by missing the point.
Who's to blame? We all are. Nobody bothered to address M$ in its early days when there was no competition. Take a leaf out of AMD's book.
