Bing doesn't seem to make any effort to filter out crapware or malware and disguises ads as organic searches. I've witnessed some savvy users getting caught out by this in recent times
Not forgetting that depending upon how their 'unsubscribe' process works, they can also harvest your name to add to their database, giving them ways to reduce their messages' spam scores thus getting more messages through your spam filter.

They should have either a wifi only option or a play button
There actually are options for wifi-only or to disable auto-play entirely but yes, one of these should be the default.
