A couple of my favorite anime are Dragon Half it is about a half dragon that is in love with a rock star who also hunts dragons. She gets mixed up in all kinds of crazy adventures. Iria is about a bounty hunter and his sister who also wants to become one. It is available on both DVD and VHS. Sol Bianca is also another fine series that is about a bunch of space pirates trying to make a living.
