I agree with you. People are complaing about the code and they don't realize that sometimes you can't write an elegant code because you have a product to sell.
I have written inelegant code in some of the products that the company where I work sells. This is not because I am or am not a good programmer but because sometimes you have a product to deliver not matter what.
I always try to write a well designed and clean code if possible but sometimes you can't.
So people, stop complaining for something that's given to you as a gift and take it as a base to learn, improve or anything else.
