They do! Why do you think they don't want people taking the covers off the servers? Plus, it does say in the manual that you're supposed to push seeds through the cooling vents every day.
I stopped using PayPal over a year ago, when I was ripped off by an eBay seller for £50. Well, I went to the Dispute system, but I've still not got a reply.
