They earlier claimed that they will come out with project David which is supposedly NOT WINE -- now they can't deliver, and they want someone else to do a proof of concept for them. Pathetic.
They want to hire the best people in the Philippines but they can't even deliver even with the original team which claimed that they can do it. Now they will pay someone who thinks can come up with something which is *almost exactly* what they promise.
